I have been spending most of my free time this summer hiking! On the weekends, you can find me hiking in the Big Horn mountains or checking out the states that surround northern Wyoming. Mt. Rushmore, the Grand Tetons, and Yellowstone National Park have been a few of my favorite places this summer!

In the midst of the busy school year, it can be easy to lose sight of our reasons for pursing a PhD in clinical psychology. This is why I will be spending my summer reflecting on the last school year, renewing my intentions, and visiting my loved ones.
