Addiction psychologists commonly interact with clients, family members, friends, and other professionals who have questions about opioids and how to respond to the opioid crisis. A cross-divisional task force (APA Divisions 12, 28, and 50) led by Dr. Kate McHugh (Division 12) and co-led by Dr. Katie Witkiewitz (Division 50) produced the these resource sheets with input from many Division 50 members, including Member-at-Large, Monica Webb-Hooper.
