Click here to see nomination instructions for the Nancy Petry Mid-Career award. This year we will be using a Google Doc for submissions. All submissions for the Nancy Petry Mid-Career award should be submitted through the following link by December 15th: https://tinyurl.com/cpa2025awards.

This year we are also introducing new poster awards focused on Community-Based Participatory Research (CBPR), Clinical Translational Research, and Understudied Developmental Periods: Childhood and Later Life. To be considered for these new poster awards, please select the appropriate category in the submission portal. Click to see more information about the awards.

Registration includes symposia, posters, continental breakfast, coffee/snack breaks, and networking events and social hours (a cash bar will be available). Continuing education credits are available for an additional fee. A limited number of Travel and Registration Awards are available for student trainees and early-career professionals.

Refunds/cancellations must be requested before March 5, 2025 and will incur a $50 processing fee. No refunds/cancellations after March 5, 2025 (Exception: In the case of a positive COVID test, refunds will be honored with a $50 processing fee).
