News Date: Thursday, June 8, 2023 - 16:45

We have a few FINAL spots opened up for anyone working in a counselor related role looking to learn Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT)the leading approach to SUD related family services.
Note study enrollment is taking place this and next week and training starts June 20th.

At We the Village we are excited to share our NEW online training opportunity for professional counselors and therapists in CRAFT, the leading evidence-based practice (EBP).

If you are currently in a counselor-related profession working with, or are interested in working with, people and families impacted by substance use disorders: Don’t miss this unique chance to become proficient in the leading evidence-based therapy for families concerned about a loved one’s substance use disorder Community Reinforcement and Family Training (CRAFT).

We are offering this online CRAFT counselor training to you free of charge!

We can do this because we have been funded by the National Institute of Drug Abuse (NIDA) to collaborate with Dr. Robert J. Meyers, the creator of CRAFT, to develop the training and to conduct a pilot study comparing three variations of the training program. Participating in the study takes about 12 weeks from start to finish.

The study is designed to find the best way to help eligible professionals learn to use the CRAFT protocols effectively in session with clients, and to ultimately help clients influence their loved ones to enter treatment and/or stay in recovery.

Space is extremely limited and this training will be available at no cost to you for a limited time only, so click the link HERE and complete a quick survey to find out if you’re eligible today!

Lastly, if you know anyone else who might be interested in this free training, please feel free to pass this along!
