Full-Time Research Assistant Positions

Are you looking to gain psychological research experience? There are two openings for full-time research assistants in the lab of Dr. Benjamin Ladd at Washington State University (WSU) Vancouver available. Primary role will be as a coder on a project examining mechanisms of change during motivational interviewing and interventions informed by behavioral economics for reducing risky alcohol use (R01 AA027209-01A1). Additionally, there are opportunities to gain a range of research skills based on your career interests/goals (e.g., data management and analysis, conducting literature reviews, scientific writing and publishing, working as part of a team). These opportunities are designed to help you gain the experience you need to pursue careers in psychology and related fields. Individuals who previously served in these roles have successfully entered doctoral-level studies in psychology-related fields.

Required Qualifications: Positions require a minimum of two years of college level course work in a relevant academic area AND one year of appropriate experience OR equivalent education/experience.
