SoAP 2026 Election Results
Thank you to everyone that expressed an interest in running for the three offices open this election cycle, and to everyone who took the time to vote this year.
Ultimately, all candidates were very well qualified. One hundred and five votes were cast.

Running for office is one way to give back to the field and increase your visibility at the national level. Later this year, we will be looking for candidates to fill five positions: President-Elect, APA Council Representative, Secretary, Treasurer, Member-at-Large (Science). (All positions will start Aug 2027 except APA Council Representative, which will start Jan 2028).
