I will lead a monthly, online 90 minute consultation group for mental health and addiction treatment professionals who want to learn more about Integrative Harm Reduction Psychotherapy (IHRP) for problematic substance use and other risky and addictive behavior and how to incorporate it into your practices.
IHRP brings a therapeutic orientation to harm reduction settings and a harm reduction orientation to mental health and psychedelic-assisted therapies. IHRP brings together relational, psychodynamic, CBT and mindfulness techniques in a harm reduction frame that meets people wherever they are ready to begin their positive change journeys.
The group will consist of didactics, case presentations, and a review of selected readings. Group members will also have an opportunity to share their current cases.
