Psychology Training Clinic Director Position (full time)

University of British Columbia

The Psychological Services and Counselling Training Centre (PSCTC) in the Faculty of Education at the University of British Columbia is recruiting a full-time Director. The PSCTC is the training ground for graduate students in several programs in the Department of Educational and Counselling Psychology, and Special Education, and serves clients and families from the Vancouver community. Qualifications—both required and preferred—are outlined in the official job posting (see below). However, flexibility with respect to certain criteria is possible for strong candidates (e.g., years of experience, breadth of areas of expertise). In addition, although program evaluation/research are among Director activities described, the extent and nature of such involvement is open to negotiation with the successful candidate. Other opportunities for scholarship; teaching, learning, and mentorship; and service may be available for interested candidates. Finally, adjunct faculty status in the CPA-accredited Counselling Psychology Program may be granted for interested and qualified individuals.

Candidates interested in working at a stunning and stimulating world-class university in one of the most beautiful cities in the world are encouraged to apply!
