Vanderbilt Integrated Services for Treatment of Addiction (VISTA) – Addiction Psychologist

Vanderbilt University Medical Center’s Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences is seeking a full-time clinical psychologist to serve as both a researcher and a clinician-educator within its expanding Vanderbilt Integrated Services for Treatment of Addiction (VISTA) program. VISTA is the premier center of excellence for integrated addiction and behavioral health care in the region, and we are building a dynamic team for our rapidly growing program. This position will include a mix of research, clinical work and development of educational materials in collaboration with the Division Director of Psychology, the Division Director of Addiction Psychiatry and other department leadership. The Division of Psychology is comprised of a large, diverse and productive group of psychologists engaged in active research programs and offering a broad range of clinical expertise. We are looking for an individual who wants to lead research trials, while engaging in opportunities for clinical work, teaching and supervision for trainees in psychology and psychiatry. An entrepreneurial drive is strongly encouraged as we seek to build capacity to provide evidence-based addiction treatment. The position is full-time and with a primary appointment in the Vanderbilt Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences, Division of Psychology.
