Designed by the Vermont Center on Behavior and Health, in partnership with UVM's Office of the Vice President for Research, this 4-week, fully online, self-paced course equips you to learn more about CM—a powerful, evidence-based approach that uses positive reinforcement to promote healthy behavior change. This course reviews the extensive evidence supporting the efficacy of CM for the treatment of stimulant, tobacco, and other substance use disorders and health behaviors, using projects developed at UVM as exemplars, and describes considerations in the dissemination of CM to improve individual and population health.
