Associated File/s:

Division 56 (Trauma Psychology), along with Divisions 12 (Clinical Psychology), 29 (Society for the Advancement of Psychotherapy), 30 (Society of Psychological Hypnosis), 32 (Society for Humanistic Psychology) and 36 (Society for the Psychology of Religion and Spirituality), recently received funding from CODAPAR to carry out our project entitled: Broadening Perspectives: Educating Psychologists on Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. The goal of this project is to increase education and collaboration around psychedelic-assisted therapy (PAT) across the field of psychology. We plan to reach this goal through a series of webinars eligible for FREE Continuing Education credits, a survey to assess psychologists’ perspectives on PAT, and a basic toolkit to support practitioners and their clients.

Here is a link to our brief survey: https://baylor.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_71FLf6HFPFpRvAW

Completion of the survey will allow participants to provide their email address in order to have a chance of winning a one out of ten $50 gift cards. Winners will be randomly selected after data collection concludes and will be notified via the email address provided.

The first webinar in our series, entitled: Psychedelics: Past, Present and Future, is slated for 4/23/24 at 4 PM PST. Here is the link to register (just scroll down to find Dr. McCowen’s presentation link): https://div12.org/live-webinars/
