Postdoctoral Position at Indiana University School of Medicine

A postdoctoral position in the neuroscience/behavior of alcohol addiction is available at the Indiana University School of Medicine, Department of Psychiatry with Dr. Brandon Oberlin.  The applicant will be motivated by an interest in the neural and behavioral economics of addiction, and should hold a Ph.D. in addiction neuroscience, psychology, psychiatry, or a related discipline.  The Oberlin lab seeks to elucidate mechanisms of addiction-related decision making, with special focus on inherited risk, addiction sub-phenotypes, behavioral classification, and treatment outcomes.  The applicant will be expected to develop a strong research project within these areas.  Expertise in fMRI, R/matlab/Eprime and behavioral paradigms is especially desirable, as is passion about alcoholism/addiction behavior research.
