Brief descriptions of the programs hiring therapists are provided below:

Adolescent & Family Services  (AFS)

AFS provides an evidence-based treatment for youth addiction called Contingency Management (CM). CM includes cognitive behavioral and behavioral approaches with active parent involvement. Research has shown that CM is one of the most effective treatments for teen substance use. We are expanding our services to school settings and are looking for therapists specifically interested in working primarily in local high schools.

Families Actively Improving Relationships (FAIR)

FAIR is an intensive, outpatient, home and community-based program designed for parents experiencing challenges related to parenting, substance use, and mental health problems. Many parents who receive FAIR services are involved with child welfare for neglect and substance use. Our model is strengths-based, trauma-informed, and integrates treatment for mental health, substance use, and parent-training into each session.
