The VA Interprofessional Advanced Fellowship in Addiction Treatment provides doctoral and master’s level research and scholarly training to health professionals such as psychologists, pharmacists, social workers, nurses, chaplains, and physicians at multiple VA Medical Centers (Boston, MA; Madison, WI; Dallas, TX; Pittsburgh, PA; San Antonio, TX; San Diego, CA; West Haven, CT). Training is focused on developing leaders in research, quality improvement, program evaluation, education, and/or clinical care, to reduce the burden of alcohol and other drug use in the Veteran population.
