Dear Division 50 members,
My name is Janelle Alabiso and I am a counseling psychology doctoral candidate at Northeastern University. I am currently collecting data for my dissertation, which focuses on healthcare provider practices with patients who engage in risky behaviors. I would like to invite you to complete an anonymous online research survey (approx. 30 minutes).
The following criteria are required for eligible participation:
· You must be a healthcare provider in the US (ex. doctors, nurses, nurse practitioners, obstetricians, physician’s assistants).
· You must work in a primary care setting
· You must be at least 18 years old
As a token of appreciation, you will have the option to enter a raffle for one of two electronic Visa gift cards worth $50.
