Deadline Extended! Division 50 ECP Mentorship Round 2

We are extending the deadline to submit forms for both mentors and mentees to Wednesday, October 24th! If you are interested in sharing your expertise with an Early Career Psychologist, or are in your early career and would like to learn from some of our more seasoned colleagues, please let us know! It's a fantastic opportunity to have one-on-one conversations with folks who have walked your same path, and can share the wisdom they've gleaned over the years.
Please see below for our original announcement, including instructions about how to participate in the mentorship match. The form to be a mentor or mentee is quite short, likely taking under 5 minutes to complete.

We are beginning our second round of our ECP mentorship program in Division 50! Note that past participants are welcome to participate again, but please re-complete the attached forms.
This program is meant to connect students/staff (undergrad, grad, research staff) and early career psychologists to mentors in the area of addictions. We welcome post docs and early career psychologists to be mentors as well. It just depends on what you're looking for and needing at this time. Mentoring can occur in a variety of topic areas, and you'll be able to indicate your areas of interest in the attached forms. We anticipate that most of the mentorship meetings will take place via phone or video conferencing, but we will also provide opportunities for meet-ups at the CPA (April 2019) and APA (August 2019) meetings.
We encourage mentees who are really interested and serious about getting mentorship to apply. Please note that once you're matched, we expect you to reach out to your mentors to set up a first meeting. Also, this program will be ongoing, so if this isn't the best time for you, don't worry! We'll have another round in the future.
So, we invite interested individuals to complete one of the two forms attached. If you want to be a mentor, please feel out the mentor form. If you want to be a mentee, please complete the mentee form.

If you would like to participate in this program, please email us your forms by October 19th, 2018. At that point, we will match mentees and mentors and be back in contact with you once you're matched!
