CPA Sponsorship Deadline is Approaching

As many of you know, Collaborative Perspectives on Addiction, or CPA, our annual Division 50 conference, is just around the corner. This year we’re in Providence, RI April 4-6^th.

The deadline to become a sponsor – including many different options such as an exhibit table, program ad, signage during a coffee break – is coming up on Friday March 1^st. It’s a fantastic way to advertise for your organization while supporting student and early career professional involvement in the conference – our travel awards, for example, are made possible through generous sponsors.

If you'd like to serve as a sponsor, please see the second page of the attached PDF for sponsorship options. Then go to https://www.xcdsystem.com/cpoa/member/index.cfm. Once you've signed in - you'll need to create a login if it's your first time on the site -- be sure to select "Sponsorship Only" for registration type. Then under Sponsorship, choose your option from the drop-down menu. You can pay by credit card directly on the site, or email me, bgbergman@mgh.harvard.edu, if you'd like to set up a different form of payment.

Once you’ve signed up send me any sponsorship materials, like program advertisements and organization logos, as soon as possible. March 1^st is not only the sponsorship deadline but also when we need to have the program ready to go. If your sponsorship includes something like an exhibit table, we’ll be in touch as the conference gets closer in time to discuss specifics.
